I bought this obtainr in December 2009 and had it professionally put in. Within three month then again it wouldn't work any longer. I contacted Amazon and they referred me to the manufacturer because the return window had already closed. It took me over a month to eventually get a return authorization code that I had to have to come back the obtainr for repair. I bought the cash order they needed to pay for the shipping prices from their end, shipped it out by myself costs, and, got it again yesterday (after three weeks), with the now note that no defect used to be discovered. So, I went again to get it reinstalled, and, guess what, still not working. It obtains power however which is it. By now I had the associated fees of the product (plus s&h) and an additional $50.- for the fees to get it repaired, and nonetheless no working product. The producer's warranty that Amazon refers to obviously isn't price anything, as you have to pay the entire s&h, which will get very expensive. So now I am stuck with having paid over $300.- for a receiver that most effective worked for three month, and must buy another receiver (which I will NOT buy via Amazon on account of their disastrous return policy).
