Reviews for Clarion NZ500 7" In-Dash Single-Din Touchscreen DVD/CD/MP3/USB Receiver, Built-in Navigation and Bluetooth (Electronics) Navigation device update is a pair yrs old. If space shouldn't be stagnant in boom otherwise you consult with chums in places like WV do not expect to have it within the menu. It would not like Lowes and refuses to list it. Not that groovy and provides inaccurate areas as smartly. My WalMart is in a state park. Time zone is eastern right here but it is going to not maintain time unless I enter vital. Other brands use the same device I discovered by using going to their replace site. Son has a pioneer with simular issues comparable instrument Mfg. It's no longer a Garmin Quality GPS gadget not in any respect. Going to the web site and sending improve electronic mail is just like the industrial the place the fellow places the phone down and walks away quitely. Mfg must really take a bathroom look at this issue and soon.

Bluetooth will exit. In order to get working again need to reset device and bathroom loose presets about each 20-40 calls. Don't ever text while linked to device or it occurs faster. That sucks. No im not texting and driving.
Reviews for Clarion NZ500 7" In-Dash Single-Din Touchscreen DVD/CD/MP3/USB Receiver, Built-in Navigation and Bluetooth (Electronics) I bought this unit for my automobile, and could not be happier! Very solid unit, quite rather a lot of choices, slightly straightforward install. My most effective grievance is the minimal installation instructions, presumably as a consequence of Clarion prefers that their stereos be professionally installed, however, I did not truly have any issues putting in it.

UPDATE: DO NOT PAY ATTENTION TO THE LIMIT OF THE NUMBER OF SONGS ON A USB DRIVE! Manual says 1500 max...I have 2350 on an 8GB force, and it's rocking just superb...
Reviews for Clarion NZ500 7" In-Dash Single-Din Touchscreen DVD/CD/MP3/USB Receiver, Built-in Navigation and Bluetooth (Electronics) I was really excited to get this unit, and did 'some' research and talked with the quite so much of vendors and made up our minds it was once time to pull the trigger. I figured at $499 down from $799, it had to be the 'real deal' so far as high quality and contours. Well I used to be fallacious. I spent the day doing a VERY easy install in my 2006 Dodge Viper, to then turn on the unit (once put in) and understand, it 'seems kind of cheap' the frenzy howevertons beneath the monitor make a PLASTIC CLICKING/RUBBING (on all buttons) sound like your enjoying with some 2 12 months old's 'made in china' toy. I moved on telling myself the lie that it could 'wear itself in, and stop making that noise' after some use. Navi DID look cool, however then i began moving around the the rest of the menu system, and it gave the provokeion kind of dated, no colours, definitely monocrome. You'd think if they had a full coloration friendet they might use it. They opted not to. Made the show very boring. (you wont impress your chums with the 'slickness' of this unit). Next, I adjusted the reveal to the angle I wished, and then played round for a bit, asked it to shut itself and reopen, to peer if it kept the perspective, positive enough it was just a few 'clicks' of the perspective button off. So I re clicked and it could be hit and miss the next few times on opening and shutting, if it might if actuality be told return to the 'set' vicinity I gave it. I was once nonetheless telling myself for $499 I can reside with this. Then the final nail. I tried blue enamel, each on my blackberry bold and spouses iphone threeg. Worked GREAT, if YOU dont wish to hear the person your talking to. They hear you clear as day (well ok thats an exegeration), but you cant hear them at all. Sure, take it off of blue enamel through the head unit, and the name resumes easily. I did this with TECH SUPPORT and so they said, 'ok positive, we will substitute the unit no proble, BUT dont be suprised if the replacement does this comparable thing, bluetooth isnt really standardized.' I almost fell out of my seat (except i was in a car, so thats pretty arduous to do, until you open the automobile door). I said thanks, cancel the changement order, and simply difficulty me a reimbursement.
