Reviews for JVC KW-NT1 Double-DIN Navigation with 6.4-Inch Widescreen Receiver with Detachable Touch-Panel Monitor, DVD/CD/USB/SD Card, iPod/iPhone/USB 2.0/Bluetooth (Electronics) Vehicle Installed: 2009 Subaru Impreza STI

REVIEW: I was hesitant to make this buy, as a outcome of the shortage of
reviews on the KW-NT1. For this purpose, I am going to head intensive with my experience.

The software is fairly intuitive to take into account. After the set up, it took about 5 minutes to configure GPS/bluetooth and familiarize with tool. A nice characteristic is the SD automobiled slot -- what this implys for me is not any extra CD muddle in the automobile; no more hooking up
IPODS/MP3 players, computers. I offered an 8 gig SD automobiled - transfered all my song to the SD automotived, and it pops right into the back of the face plate. I'll never have to change a CD once extra. All artist/song names are displayed on screen and it is straightforward to navigate through them.

Install Details: 90 minutes. mostly soldering wires for everlasting connections. It match PERFECTLY into the sprint in my 2009 Subaru Impreza. Tips - be very automobileeful putting off the bezel. The plastic clips are very stiff in most automotives - just don't use metal to pry off the sprint trim.

I eliminated the entire cages and mounting brackets from the KW-NT1, and transfered screwed on the two brackets from the OEM stereo from the Subaru. The gaps on the JVC matched up completely in top and depth to the Subaru sprint.

I mounted the GPS antenna below the front of the sprint, which i could easly attain once the OEM stereo used to be removed. Satalite reception is effective below the sprint.

I eliminated the entrance curtain airbag duvet and wired up the bluetooth mic next to the place the purpose force sun visor bolts on. As a methods as receotion - if I discuss loud, it is tough to take note me. At normal talking extent - the opposite finish can hear completely.

As a manners as bluetooth pairing - it pairs up no drawback with my HTC-Tilt cellphone, automacally once I enter the automobile.
Reviews for JVC KW-NT1 Double-DIN Navigation with 6.4-Inch Widescreen Receiver with Detachable Touch-Panel Monitor, DVD/CD/USB/SD Card, iPod/iPhone/USB 2.0/Bluetooth (Electronics) I have had the JVC stereo for approximately a month. Installed it myself in a Ford truck. All that was needed was a wiring harness (recommended) and a dash equipment. Bought both of them at alocal digitals store for approximately $40.
Reviews for JVC KW-NT1 Double-DIN Navigation with 6.4-Inch Widescreen Receiver with Detachable Touch-Panel Monitor, DVD/CD/USB/SD Card, iPod/iPhone/USB 2.0/Bluetooth (Electronics) This is my JVC KW-NT1 GPS navigation REVIEW -- written on June, 26, 2009.

First off guys, This is my very first assessment, so I express regret prematurely if I missed anything else.

I have this unit for a TOYOTA CAMRY '06 and I was once like everybody else when I was seeking to decide which adaptation to buy. There were NO evaluates on-line ANYWHERE rather then the video overviews from Sonic Electronix and Crutchfield (but they both did an okay job).

I am glad with my buy. I offered it mid June 2009

The screen is sweet, but when it's truly sunny out of doors, the DVD video seems washed out on account of the contactscreen layer. The GPS, radio, and ipod/iphone monitors seem effective. It's just the DVD playback that isn't anyt bright sufficient beneath excessive sunlight.
